Processing Time

We offer standard and express shipping options. Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method.
Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order total, weight, and destination.
Where We Ship
U.S. Orders: We ship to all 50 states, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend it.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
If verified, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive the package, please check with your local carrier or post office first before contacting us.
Return & Exchange Policy

Sensory Toys – All Sales Final
Due to the nature of these items, all sensory toy sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Apparel – Size Exchanges Only
If your clothing item is too small or too large, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions:
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless item was damaged or wrong size sent in error).
